Warranty

  • Products purchased on tooenjoymall.com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or component damage one (1) year from the date of shipment. In the event of such defects during this period, TOOENJOY will decide whether to repair or replace the defective components or products.
  • Damage caused by weather, improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty or any other warranty.
  • Please note that replacement parts may incur shipping fees, handling fees, replacement fees, or restocking fees.

  • For products that are out of warranty, we will no longer provide repair or replacement services. TOOENJOY reserves the right to make all decisions regarding this warranty.

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our cancellation policy below:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
  • Once orders are on the status of “label created”, they cannot be cancelled. If cancelation is needed at this point, please contact us to acquire details.
  • If order cancelation is required upon receipt of the goods, the shipping company will charge an additional package interception fee (please consult customer service for details).

 

Return Conditions

TOOENJOY takes quality control seriously. If satisfaction with the purchased product is not met, or it does not meet the customer’s needs, and a return is required, please see the instructions below.

 

  • Our refund policy allows the return of products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
  • TOOENJOY only accepts returns and refund requests for items purchased through tooenjoymall.com. For items not purchased from tooenjoymall.com, please contact the place of purchase to review their return policy and procedures.
  • Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted.
  • The item must be unassembled, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags attached.
  • The item being returned must be in the original condition. Please retain the original package for returns. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
  • We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

We are not liable for these issues:

  • Items are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals.
  • Items are assembled/disassembled, used, washed, altered, damaged and without original tags attached.
  • Items are damaged by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance or natural uncontrollable factors(heavy rain, snow, storm, hurricane etc.)
  • Items are lost during delivery after the customer takes it upon themselves to contact the shipping carrier to change the address without our authorization. 

 

TOOENJOY reserves the right to void refund or return that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal usage”, as deemed by our professionals.

 

Exchange Policy

TOOENJOY supports exchanges, but we currently do not provide exchanges for large-sized products. We only support exchanges in the following situations: you are not satisfied with the color of the product you received, and the product is new and unused. The exchange shipping fee is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. Please make sure to read all important information (including size, color, etc.) before placing an order.

 

Important Notice

If the received product is the wrong item or if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with product photos, the SKU on the box, the barcode label, and the tracking number label on the box. Once we confirm the problem, we will send you a replacement, or provide  a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

 

Return Procedure and Refund

  • Contact us at support@tooenjoymall.com to get a return shipping label. Submit a return, clear pictures or videos, and shipping packaging to ensure a return is accepted.
  • When returning a package, please ensure that the item is intact and includes all accessories. Attach the return shipping label we provide to the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service.
  • If the product is discounted or on sale, we will only refund the actual payment amount. Depending on the discount or promotion, shipping charges may apply.
  • After TOOENJOY receives and verifies the product and determines that the product meets the return requirements, the refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 7 business days.
