TOOENJOY takes quality seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return an item, please see our return policy and instructions below.
Terms of the TOOENJOY return policy
- TOOENJOY only accepts returns and refund requests for items purchased through tooenjoymall.com. For items not purchased from tooenjoymall.com, please contact the place of purchase to review their return policy and procedures.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date, in new condition, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- The item being returned must be in its original condition. Please retain the original package for returns. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reasonably refuse any return.
- Items returned without our authorization will not be accepted.
- Free shipping: TOOENJOY will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all tooenjoymall.com returns. Please contact customer service to obtain one.
- We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.
We are not liable for these issues:
- Items are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals.
- Items are assembled/disassembled, used, washed, altered, damaged and without original tags attached.
- Items are damaged by misuse, mishandling, poor maintenance or natural uncontrollable factors (heavy rain, snow, storm, hurricane etc.)
- Items are lost during delivery after the customer takes it upon themselves to contact the shipping carrier to change the address without our authorization.
TOOENJOY reserves the right to void refund or return that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond “normal usage”, as deemed by our professionals.
Exchange Policy
TOOENJOY supports exchanges. We only support exchanges in the following situations: you are not satisfied with the color of the product you received, and the product is new and unused. The exchange shipping fee is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. Please make sure to read all important information (including size, color, etc.) before placing an order.
Please contact customer service to provide specific details before applying for an exchange.
Important Notice
If the received product is the wrong item or if the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with product photos, the barcode label, and the tracking number label on the box. Once we confirm the problem, we will send a replacement, or provide a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Return Procedure and Refund
- Contact us at support@tooenjoymall.com to get a return shipping label. Submit a return, clear pictures or videos, and shipping packaging to ensure a return is accepted.
- When returning a package, please ensure that the item is intact and includes all accessories. Attach the return shipping label we provide to the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service.
- If the product is discounted or on sale, we will only refund the actual payment amount. Depending on the discount or promotion, shipping charges may apply.
- After TOOENJOY receives and verifies the product and determines that the product meets the return requirements, the refund will be sent to the credit/debit card issuing bank within 7 business days.
